Can I build my own snack box?
Yes! Just browse the shop, add your favourite snacks and drinks to your basket, and we’ll pack them into your custom box.

What’s the mystery box?
It’s a surprise selection of snacks and drinks curated by us — perfect if you’re feeling adventurous or want to discover something new.

Are your snacks Afro-Caribbean only?
Our launch range is predominantly Afro-Caribbean in flavour and influence. We’re working on expanding our selection to include even more global snacks soon!

Are your products suitable for vegans or people with allergies?
We highlight key dietary information on each product page. If you're unsure or need help choosing, feel free to get in touch.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship to?
We currently ship across the UK.

How much is shipping?

  • Free shipping on UK orders over £15

  • £3.45 shipping for UK orders between £6 – £14.99

We aim to keep our shipping fair and straightforward.

When will my order arrive?
We usually dispatch within 1–2 working days, and most orders arrive within 2 to 3 business days after dispatch.


🧾 Returns & Refunds

Can I return my snack box?
Yes — if you've changed your mind, you can return your snack box within 7 days of delivery, as long as all items are sealed, unopened, and in their original condition.
You’ll be responsible for the return postage cost.

Please contact us before sending anything back — failing to do so may result in delays or your return not being accepted.

What if something arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including a photo and description of the issue.
If a product is faulty or misdescribed, we’ll offer a refund or replacement and cover the cost of return shipping.

Who pays for return shipping?

  • If the item is faulty or misdescribed, we’ll refund the full cost of the product, the original delivery fee (if applicable), and any reasonable return postage costs.

  • If you’re returning an item for any other reason (e.g. you changed your mind), you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost.
